“Let’s go to Sunfest.” Started off as a charming idea, and the reality exceeded my expectations. The exquisiteness of West Palm Beach definitely adds to the experience. The first day started off with an outstanding performance by Rick Springfield and my Sunfest experience ended the following night with Evanescence paying tribute to Prince with a breathtaking cover of Purple Rain. But needless to say, I cannot only praise the entertainment, for each year it will be different- but I can certainly praise the atmosphere, the people, and the vitality. The only aspect of this thrilling experience that I did not enjoy, was the toilets, which consisted of porta potties. But it’s a festival, what else did I expect?
